We pride ourselves on offering our staff an effortless administration experience. Our Reception Team handles all appointment scheduling and rescheduling, so you can focus on your clients. We also offer achievable targets, with all therapists working towards managing 5 client contact hours per day. Our client sessions are scheduled for 45 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of non-contact/documentation time, providing you with a balanced workload. Additionally, we offer dedicated documentation time each day and scheduled supervisions with a senior occupational therapist. Our team-oriented culture is essential to us, and we hold weekly BUZZ meetings where we share successes, challenges, and current focuses for the week. We also offer ongoing training opportunities and daily access to senior staff support. Our senior staff has between 10-20 years of professional experience, providing you with expert guidance when you need it most.
