PAF Securities is an affiliate of Pan American Finance, and has been a member of FINRA and SIPC since 2006. Pan American Finance is an independent advisory firm providing investment banking services to our clients across the Americas to help them achieve their growth objectives through M&A advisory and capital raising. Since inception, we have closed 70 transactions for our clients with over US$4.1 billion in total transaction value. We have extensive transaction experience across Latin America, Mexico and the U.S, and have a unique focus on the markets around the Caribbean Basin. Our transactions are often cross-border and are generally “mid-market” in size. Our firm focuses on three industry sectors: Infrastructure, Power & Renewable Energy where we have closed 21 transactions with over US$2.2 billion in total transaction value; Financial Services where we have closed 27 transactions with over US$1.3 billion in total transaction value; and Consumer and Business where we have closed 22 transactions with over US$0.6 billion in total transaction value. Pan American Finance also offers strategic advice and execution capabilities to asset managers, private equity funds, financial institutions and family office investors who wish to participate in our targeted geographic markets and industry sectors.
