Page Changer helps leaders create the next chapter in their organisation’s experience of change. Why does Change excite Page Changer? Why have we chosen this field of work? The love of simplifying complexities; to see where things can be better or where there are barriers to achieving outcomes. In other words – to facilitate positive change for the right reasons. As the founder of Page Changer, my intention is to excite organisations and individuals to be curious about the possibilities of what the next part of their story looks like - a new plot, a new chapter, a different direction. My mission is to enable leaders and employees alike to move from the “how” things are done to the “why” – to see possibilities and potential. I engage everyone in the process, helping them to embrace learning and to connect to a purpose. Leading change is about taking people on a journey and helping them to adopt, adapt and embrace new things. At Page Changer, this is achieved through being curious, energetic, collaborative, and influential. Page Changer’s strengths is in leading people, change and strategic business improvement. With a keen interest in brain-friendly strategies to create healthy work environments. The flow-on effect of this is a better employee experience which has the potential to assist organisations in many ways, including productivity, quality, attendance, process/system improvement, succession planning, professional development, and turnover. Going further than helping organisations and leaders reach their strategic objectives, by making a difference to how they reach their “why”.
