Naast de activiteiten van planontwikkeling draagt Pagus Vastgoed zorg voor het dagelijks beheer van de aan haar toevertrouwde vastgoed(beleggings)portefeuilles. Dit betreft het portefeuillemanagement op zowel strategisch, tactisch als operationeel niveau.
