Hey! My name is Shahjahan Ahmad Wainse and I am the owner/chief author of pakoilinfo.com which contains all the relevant information related to the oil industry of Pakistan. Professionally I am an Associate Chartered accountant and gained experience of the oil and petroleum industry by working at a senior managerial position in one of the renowned OMCs group of Pakistan. While working in the oil industry of Pakistan and to gain the insight of the industry, I had faced many difficulties because of lack of publicly available information related to industry and due to non-availability of a platform where gurus of this industry can gave guidelines. Also during my job in OMC, I was part of recruitment team and saw hundreds of candidates who came for interview but have little or no knowledge of industry. These things motivates me to start this project with a vision to educate people with the basics of oil industry of Pakistan and provide quality information, reviews and platform to interact with each other. As a petroleum generalist, I know that there is a lot things that needed to be addressed in-depth but this website is designed to provide basic knowledge so that people can develop basic understanding of the market and industry before engaging directly.
