SERVICE CHARGES POLICY • Plots and Houses Sales/ Purchase One Percent (1%) of the Sale Purchase price each from both parties. • Homes on Rent, One month rent as Service charges from both the parties • Service charges is the genuine right of the sales executive, requesting for discount in service charges, means forcing the sales executive to be dishonest.
