Since its spin-out from the Bioengineering Unit at the University of Strathclyde in 2001 by co-founders Douglas Maxwell, Professor Malcolm Granat and Dr Nikos Mourselas, PAL Technologies has been providing support from its Glasgow headquarters to more than 200 institutions worldwide.
