Pall Mall Capital is an independent corporate finance business specialising in delivering corporate finance solutions for complex international transactions. Headquartered in London and with access to 50 people globally, the Company has established itself as a leading specialist in advising European mid market companies on cross border merger and acquisition transactions. Pall Mall’s broad ranging advisory services include all aspects of M&A, public and private placing as well as corporate structuring and restructuring situations. Additionally Pall Mall offers services to source finance from all arenas of the capital markets, including senior debt and subordinated products through to equity finance. Pall Mall has advised on a wide range of transaction types, with values from €50m to €500m, and has completed in excess of 70 transactions since the majority of which were cross-border. The business was set-up in by John Cutts, former Head of European Corporate Finance at the WestLB Group and it has Alliance of network partners with offices in Hamburg, New York, Paris & Johannesburg.
