Through our association with the Ark Development Group we are building communities in our portfolio of award-winning residential and commercial properties that will be as beautiful and idyllic for the next generation as they are today. We focus on the experience – the memories – that our guests and residents create each day in our one-of-a-kind assets, from hunting and fishing at our 1100 acre Sporting Preserve at River Dunes in coastal North Carolina to a day in wine country at our future 351 room luxury resort and conference center in downtown Napa, California. Our offices are located in Stuart, Florida and Asheville, North Carolina and we have active developments throughout Florida, North Carolina, and California.
