The offered project management services include the following tasks and responsibilities: o Development of the concept design & layout distribution of new production lines. o Pre-engineering calculations. Support to engineering partners in the project. o Project time schedule management. o Budget management to install complete or partial production lines: Tender for specialized companies which capable of: developing/performing:* Engineering design * Installation of the equipment * Commissioning of the equipment o Evaluation of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) with equipment manufacturers. o Equipment installation management. o Assessment and control during the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) o Qualification phase assessment of new production lines. A dedicated Project Engineer is provided for each client’s project. Most of the work is done at the client facilities. The service involves visiting suppliers wherever they are located, particularly during the tendering phase and the FAT phase of the projects.
