For more than 15 years, The Palms Home Care has been the Sebring area’s licensed Home Health Agency, offering the convenience of in-home Care services for Highlands County residents, and recently, adding service to residents of Polk and Hardee counties in South-central Florida. The Palms Home Care offers multiple disease management, care and therapeutic services in patient residences provided by licensed Healthcare professionals.
