Pan Construction Inc, previously known as Longridge Corporation, is one of the most renowned contractors in the Southern California Chinese community. With virtues such as honesty, integrity, and responsible management, the company has managed to grow over its more than 20 year lifespan. In 1983, Pan Construction’s president, T.C. Pan, formed the general contracting company, Longridge Corporation. Before long, due to its excellent project management skills, Longridge quickly established its market position and became one of the largest general contractors in the community, with projects valuing over 20 million dollars a year. In 1998, as Southern California’s construction market declined and partners changed, Tim Pan joined the company and Longridge became Pan Construction Inc. This would give the company a better position for the 21st century. Under the leadership and management of T.C. and Tim, Pan Construction Inc. continued to serve Southern California on a wave of new construction projects. They also capitalized on the increasingly growing tenant improvement and remodeling market. From 1983 to now, we have completed projects valuing over six hundred million dollars.
