Our programmes are designed into three broad areas of specialization. These are: · Self Empowerment This is an approach to nation building and job/employment creation that provides the trainee with skills for self reliance and actualization. · Youth Empowerment This approach uses technical and vocational skills in association with attitudinal process for capacity building to improve developmental outcomes and positive transitions to adulthood. The technical and vocational skills enable the trainee to impact their own lives and the lives of other individuals. The attitudinal process provide the trainee with the information and tools necessary for analyzing issues that affect their lives and environments and to become agents of change. · Community Development programmes In our world today the new paradigm for development is the demand for the youth to be involved in processes that affect their lives and communities. Technical and vocational education has been a fundamental part of national development of many developed nations because of its positive effect on national industrial production and economic growth. PLC community development specializations are packaged to place the community on the path of sustainable growth and development. PAN learning center has initiated specialized automobile programs as a way of contributing to the development of the nation’s Auto technical field. These programs are each distinctively designed to empower youth with skills capable of putting the nation on the same technological pedestal as the so called developed countries.
