Originally we offered recreational trips to Panama City shipwrecks but were also AAUS certified science divers with experience doing working dives for fisheries researchers, UUV operations, and search and recovery. To help retain our uniquely trained team between contracts we decided to open a full service dive shop in 2010, which has begun a new phase of recreational sector operations. Now we are a dive shop that caters to technical and wreck divers (with a healthy dose of spearfishing tossed in), and offers the best dive training to create more of the same. Our USCG inspected 36' Newton dive boat is an excellent platform for single day and overnight research trips that offers considerable cost savings over larger traditional research vessels. She can offer 110A/C power at up to continuous watts. Her low fantail makes delicate equipment recovery and deployment significantly less tedious.
