We are a Panamanian company founded in 2008 to bring a new perspective to the construction management and quality control services available in the local market. Our company has three goals: cost control, quality control, and managing construction to on-time completion. PanCO achieves these goals by offering a menu of services that start at pre-construction and coordination with the design team through the entire construction process to contract close out, building commissioning and occupation. Along the way, our Project Managers and Engineers provide constant cost control, schedule monitoring and quality control oversight. We pride ourselves on bringing a level of professionalism and talent, second to none in the Panamanian construction community.
