PANDAI Capital's real estate investment strategy focuses on the sustainable revitalization and energy-efficient renovation of undervalued residential properties, partly using publicly available government funding programs in Germany. PANDAI Capital is open for any kind of co-investments from EUR15m+ together with limited partners (LPs) alongside. Co-investing offers particularly sophisticated institutional and high net-worth investors the opportunity to benefit from unique investment opportunities and attain enhanced diversification and a larger share of desirable investment. PANDAI Capital will constantly invite their core investors to participate on specific, hand-picked deals, that have unique characteristics and allowing investors to have visibility on what they will be investing in. In addition PANDAI Capital is open for venture capital investments that are related to the real estate sector but not exclusively. We are also investing in ventures that offers significant technology or business model innovation with the intention to build iconic businesses that transform the way we live and work.
