Our workshops are delivered either physically on location or can be conducted virtually depending on client’s preferences. As strategic training buyers ourselves for over two decades we know the demand for development that truly delivers results. But most training doesn’t work because it’s either poorly structured, lacks participant engagement or simply fails to deliver actual learning. Our initial curiosity in setting up the company was whether there was a market for a new soft skills training provider. On researching the market we discovered that there is an exponential growth in the need for soft skills training. The twin factors of increasing global competition and the rise of new technologies such as AI have made soft skills more critical than ever. Deloitte predicts that by 2030, two-thirds of all jobs will be ‘soft skill-intensive occupations.’ The demand is growing due to these twin drivers of competition and technology. The global soft skills training market is worth over $26 billion and is expected to double by 2028 to over $53 billion. Highly engaged workforces drive better business results, and the soft skills of leaders, managers and employees build that engagement. For individuals and organisations soft skills provide the soft power that provides real competitive advantage.
