John and Pandora Erlandson are partners in life and real estate, and, with Madison & Co. Having worked and lived in Evergreen as well as the western suburbs and Denver, they work with buyers and sellers in all these communities, with special expertise in the mountain areas. Both are CMAS (Certified Mountain Area Specialist) Certified, with extensive knowledge and training in buying a mountain home - especially helping clients understand wells, septic, surveys, and other mountain-specific issues. John is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) working hard to get clients the best possible outcome. Pandora is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) offering special expertise in marketing all homes, in particular finding buyers for luxury properties. They work with buyers and sellers at all price points. PROFESSIONAL Pandora’s former career was with Habitat for Humanity in marketing and fundraising, while John owned a successful fine residential painting business in Evergreen for many years, giving them both a variety of expertise in customer service, marketing, and the housing market. PERSONAL John is also a singer/songwriter and a driving force behind the Evergreen music scene, producing over 40 benefit concerts in recent years, and creating the very popular “Boogie at the Barn” music series (boogieatthebarn.com). Pandora is an avid cyclist and lover of all things outdoors. Pandora serves on the Mountain Area Land Trust and Leadership Evergreen boards. John & Pandora love the mountain community and are engaged in many additional ways, supporting Center for the Arts Evergreen, EChO (Evergreen Christian Outreach) Food Bank, Mountain Foothills Rotary, Evergreen Park & Rec District’s INSPIRE (formerly Special Needs) program, and other nonprofits.
