For more than 25 years, Ms. Malik has litigated and resolved commercial, construction, corporate, bankruptcy, estate and guardianship, family & real estate disputes. She has extensive experience in banking, tax matters and financial planning. She has many years of contract negotiation and drafting experience. This includes Corporate, employment, business, partnership and leasing agreements. She is also experienced in Immigration matters including Consular processing, investor based EB5’s etc, employment based, deportation, removal, Writs and waivers. Her national and international clients include a virtual who's who in real estate, mortgage and banking, celebrity chefs, Michelin rated restaurants, entertainment and international athletes. Ms. Malik has extensive trial experience in State and Federal Courts, Surrogates Court, Bankruptcy Courts and Immigration Courts. She also handles matters in Foreclosure Defense, Debt Resolution, and Tax Compromise. Ms. Malik also served as closing agent to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. She was the sole contractor for the entire New York region including Nassau & Suffolk Counties. in this role she successfully navigated rules and regulations involving the United States Treasury, Banking and Compliance laws and federal cobtracting officer requirements.
