Panopticon Ventures LLC was established in New York in 2016 as a formal investment and consulting vehicle for its sole managing member, Sandeep Ramesh. It has been profitable since inception, essentially funded through investment returns and secondarily through business consulting to hedge funds, venture funds, and startups. Sandeep's profesionally background spans law (Wachtell, Lipton), banking (Centerview Partners), fundamental L/S hedge fund ("Tiger Cub" Valinor Management), 9-figure AUM startup fund (Meghalaya), special situations / credit real estate (Blackstone), and for the past 5 years, an autonomous, self-sufficient investment business with 3 strategies (crypto, systematic futures, and fundamental equity).
