Focus on litigation funding. Since 2017 panrise has dedicated its focus on the litigation financing asset class. We advise law firms, investors, and corporates in all structuring, strategic and financial matters connected to litigation funding. To date panrise has built up a strong track record with international litigation funders and investors for German and Austrian commercial and consumer damage claims, acting as lead advisor on more than 15 litigation funding facilities with a total capital commitment of approx. EUR 90 million (as of May 2024).
