Who we are: Paper Assets Capital is a company that works with individual investors who are interested in investing in real estate notes. We are based in New Jersey and every member of our team has extensive experience. We take pride in the fact that our firm is one of the most active note trading companies. We have worked with banks, hedge funds and private equity firms since our inception. By working with these firms to get the liquidity they need by selling their notes, we’re able to offer our investors new opportunities. What We Do: PAC is a private investment firm. We help manage funds that include single family residential real estate notes, commercial real estate notes and bank owned notes. We typically try to access loans that are currently under-performing or not performing as we believe this is where the greatest opportunity is to develop a long-term relationship that is beneficial to our clients.
