I am a strongly organized, self-motivated number cruncher with a passion for working with and helping scale small businesses. I enjoy wearing multiple hats, including bookkeeping, payroll, billing, accounts payable and receivable, benefit management, etc. I have experience in multiple markets including managing restaurants, healthcare, startups, and retail. I am familiar with the different regulations for all types of employees and employers. I am able to scale with a growing company, handling all of the administrative and organization bottlenecks when growing from a small team of less than 10 to over 60 employees. No team too small or too large to manage.
