Paradigm Advisers is an independent consultancy working with leading UK and European businesses and private equity firms. We act for companies, private equity firms, management teams and investors. Paradigm has been set up, in part, in response to feedback from professional investors, that too many advisers are focused on “modelling” and “shortlisting” and give too little regard to the implications of a chosen structure (including from a legal perspective).
