Hello! I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor and have experience working with diverse clients from many walks of life; from adolescents to seniors. I offer individual counselling for clients aged 15+. My role is to support your efforts towards improved mental wellness; however, you’re the expert on your own life! I don’t believe counselling is “one size fits all”. I examine the entire picture, including various physical, emotional and social factors, and then we work together to determine what approaches will work best for you.
