Paradigm is a Jersey-based independent financial services distribution company which markets the products & services of boutique fund managers and a trust company. It was very often the large, global institutions who dominated the world of financial services at the expense of the boutique, esoteric financial service providers. However, in today’s complex and challenging marketplace it is often these smaller organisations, who are characteristically more focused on their specialist area and who are empowered, by a culture of employee-ownership and employee-investment, to deliver strong absolute and relative investment returns.
