Our goal is to shift quality in Senior Living to a new spectrum using new ideas and innovation for senior care and staff development. Paradigm was founded in 2016 by Ben Sells at the age of 26 years old after leaving a failing family business. Paradigm has over 70 years of combined Senior Living experience between it's executives. Our goal is not to be the biggest, we want to be the best.
