About Us Paradigm Wellness is a space for sharing ideas on health and wellbeing in Asia. Our underlying philosophy is that wellness is a process, not an event… an exploration of being. Through multiple non-profit and for-profit platforms - our vision is to bring knowledge & resources to the region and nurture a holistic community of likeminded individuals interested in conscious living. Our Methodology Most current exercise modalities work on connecting either the body-through-the-mind or the mind-through-the-body. At Paradigm Wellness, we believe in the constant interaction between body and mind… and exploring every action with open-minded curiosity. In this way, movement is never stressful on either the body or mind, but is in fact playful, engaging and strengthening.
