Paragon Consulting

Paragon Consulting is a student-led diversity initiative to increase the representation of first-generation, underrepresented, and low-income individuals in the consulting practice. The purpose of Paragon is to provide its members with the tools and experience to successfully compete in today’s demanding workforce. We serve all students from all walks of life and fields of study at the University of California, Berkeley. Paragon Consulting aims to bring services to POC and small businesses in the Bay Area while providing opportunities for a diverse group of undergraduate students with exposure in a corporate field with limited underrepresented minorities.
