PUERTO RICO INVENTOR OF “PARALLEL ENERGY” SIGNS COSTA RICA DEAL FOR PRODUCTION OF INNOVATIVE HEAT-GENERATION EQUIPMENT SAN JUAN, PR – Multi-patent holding inventor Elberto Berdut-Teruel and his Puerto Rico-based Berdut Magnetic Technologies have signed an agreement with Costa Rica’s COBYBSA Constructora Industrial giving COBYBSA the regional rights to develop, manufacture and market commercial coffee, cacao and grain-drying equipment utilizing Berdut’s patented new “Parallel Energy” technology. The agreement, signed simultaneously on Sept. 12, 2018 in San Juan and Heredia, Costa Rica via internet connection, grants exclusive rights to COBYBSA for Berdut’s new energy-saving heat-generation technology in Costa Rica, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama and Puerto Rico. The agreement includes the fabrication of a prototype coffee/cacao dryer using Berdut’s “Parallel Energy” technology with an initial capacity of 250 pounds. The prototype will be used for validating performance as well as for informational and promotional purposes and further development of the technology.
