Parallon

Parallon is the administrative support platform for HCA Healthcare, providing full-service revenue cycle, contact center, and clinical and administrative services. We provide end-to-end management of the healthcare revenue cycle, ultimately achieving total patient account resolution for HCA Healthcare — across multiple provider types (hospitals, FSEDs, physicians, UCCs and specialty services). In addition, we support HCA Healthcare patients and colleagues with contact center functions to ensure more timely and efficient connection to services. We also deliver clinical and administrative services to the HCA Healthcare enterprise to harness the power of shared services in clinical spaces. Note: Parallon also serves external clients, from full-service revenue cycle management functions (excluding HIM, credentialing and physician billing services) to point solutions for specific revenue cycle needs.
