Para- a prefix, in Greek often attached to verbs, with meanings “side-by-side, to one side of”, Meridian – “a great circle [of the celestial sphere]…”, “a high point (as of development or prosperity). Parameridian works with people and companies, as a partner, side-by-side, to help them achieve their goals and make their companies a desired place to work. We believe life is cyclical- everything comes full circle – so to have stumbled upon a name that defines the very things we believe and want to achieve was serendipitous.
