The Pararescue Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity dedicated to support U.S. Air Force Pararescue and Combat Rescue Officer service members, veterans and their families. We execute our mission guided by three goals: 1) Relieve the physical and psychological demands of service 2) Provide tragedy, transition, and education assistance 3) Honor the commitment and sacrifice of those who live by the motto:"These Things we Do, That Others May Live". Regardless of enemy threat or environmental conditions, these elite warriors stand ready to find isolated and injured people, render expert medical care, and return them safely. We serve all who have shared the Pararescue brotherhood, regardless of command or duty status. We are. Formed and operated by PJs – to serve PJs, Combat Rescue Officers and their families 100+ years combined service with senior staff-level knowledge of the unique people and mission. Advised by the most trusted and respected medical professionals within the Pararescue community. We will adapt to Pararescue's changing needs, expanding our scope of services as we build capacity.
