Pardus Defence & Security is an independent defence consultancy. Our mission is to deliver coherent and integrated equipment capability solutions to military and law enforcement personnel and units in order to achieve tactical overmatch. We offer a range of consulting services to help companies with their business development: Capability Analysis. We can conduct a thorough capability analysis to identify current and future gaps in order to inform investment decisions. We can make recommendations on experimental designs to provide evidence of how to address capability gaps. Adding context to requirements. We ensure that industry understands not just the letter of the government requirements documents but also the spirit. This allows industry to deliver solutions that are integrated both horizontally and vertically. Equipment needs to operate in harmony to deliver a soldier system that is greater than the sum of its parts. The soldier system needs to work within the wider system of systems that is the section (squad), platoon, company and beyond. Trials and Development. With a wealth of experience from the British Army's trials and development community, we are able to assist companies in the development of their products through a robust, mission focussed trial under realistic operational conditions. For example, we can run a rehearsal trial in order to identify any issues prior to exposing the equipment to the customer. Stakeholder Engagement. We enable a dialogue between industry and the customer, not just those in acquisition appointments but critically the end users of the equipment. We also identify potential partnerships across industry; showing where companies can operate as collaborators and not competitors. Sales. With our experience of dealing with the procurement agencies in the UK and overseas we are able to help companies bring new products to market as well as sell and support existing product lines.
