parents@work launched it's first peer coaching program in 2014. Since then parents@work has worked together with various organizations and in multiple industries, from pharma to finance, tech and engineering to bring about both systemic change and create meaningful connection and community in the workplace. What is the goal: to support organizations build more family friendly workplaces for their valued employees. What do we offer- PEER COACHING PROGRAM where we recruit & upskill your employees to build up peer coaching teams inside your organization, and help to launch the program internally, match parents with peer coaches, and support the coaching process- KEYNOTE for employees on "Redefining Balance"- a practical reset for parents navigating work, family and everything in between- CONSULTING SERVICES for companies to assess what is working well and identify opportunities for improvements in the area of being a preferred and family friendly employer.
