Pareto University

Online university dedicated to developing countries 1) it is a fully online university. The platform allow to the students, as well as to attend classes, of support the online examinations. to the students, as well as lessons, a whole series of activities and additional examinations. The others online university allow to follow online the courses but the exams, normally, it takes place with the traditional system: face to face. The reason is easily understandable: the universities want to be sure that the person that make the exam is the same that it really is enrolled to the university. We have created a particular system, called ICS (Identity Control System) that allows us to guarantee the identity of the examining with the same level, or even higher, of accuracy than the traditional system. 2) it is a university LOW COST. The factor above exposed, joined with a low costs of management, allows us to offer an high level of quality to a very low cost. Exception of the European countries, normally the costs of frequency to university are very high: the American universities because have adopted a policy of hard selection, the asian and African countries because the Welfare State is little present. In any case, there isn't doubt that the demand of higher education is very strong and increases every year more. In this optic, we believe that a low cost university, accessible to all, without limit to space or time can have a market very huge; 3) it is a university that targeted countries not rich. In this context, Africa is the first continent on which we intend to work but our goal is to export all over the world our universities. The slogan could be: the best universities in the world for everyone.
