Planning: The firm facilitates project appraisal, formulation, and development as per the needs and offers proposal writing, monitoring and evaluation plan, stakeholders mapping, business plan, and agro-enterprise development plan services, 5-I Cycle Model for rural municipal area development, strategic plan preparation for development sector clients. Evaluation: The firm offers professional and neutral third-party/independent mid-term, end-term, and impact evaluation services for development projects and programs, and stakeholders’ analysis. Independent evaluation is one of the core and most prioritized services of the firm. Research: The firm undertakes social action, policy, market, economic, and financial transparency research; financial services' client protection principles assessment, stakeholders mapping, capacity, baseline, and end-line assessment; feasibility, piloting, client satisfaction survey, beneficiaries' risks and vulnerability assessment, opinion poll, and periodic review of program as per the needs of the development, cooperative and private organizations. Managing change: It offers result-based management support services specifically on the monitor framework and its implementation, stakeholders’ mapping, data collection and management, coaching, and technical assistance.
