Park Blue Homes operates children's residential homes throughout the UK, specalising in full time residential placements for children and young people. Park Blue Homes strives to provide exciting places for young people to live. We want our young people to feel they are in a safe, caring and stable environment, surrounded by a team of committed and highly trained people in all of our homes. Each homes benefits from being in close proximity to local towns for all essential amenities but are situated in idyllic and peaceful rural locations, all set in open countryside with access to animals and livestock at each site. All of our team members undergo a continuous training program and are supported in progressing with their individual skills and qualifications. It is our goal to establish committed, hardworking people that are supported with a program of specialist training and qualifications to help provide the highest levels of care and support for all of our young people. Most importantly for us are the young people we are fortunate enough to have living in our homes. It is our core principle to provide a safe, homely environment for them and make it feel like their home. This principle is at the forefront for the staff team and is the main driving focus for each home Manager and the whole team.
