Our History dates back to 1991 when Chester Parker formed Park Lane Construction, Inc. mainly as a construction services company. In 2008, Scott Parker purchased the majority of the assets from his father and formed a new entity Park Lane Construction, LLC. Park Lane Construction has built over units of conventional market, senior living, university housing, affordable tax-credit, bond, State HOME, FHA and HUD Financed multi-family properties to date, ranging from to over The officers of Park Lane Construction; Chester L.
