In 2019, Ennis Parker joined with Erik Bailey to create Parker Bailey Advisors LLC. The firm is a collective of veterans of the design and construction industry with deep experience in program and project management, large project design and design administration, and professional firm management. We make our experience available to organizations faced with major capital projects who are seeking an objective senior advisor to assist them in making their way through the complex process of overseeing the design, construction, fit-up and start-up operation of a new building or group of buildings. The firm’s second important area of activity is providing advice to professional architectural, engineering and construction firms on issues of growth management, team-building, succession management, human considerations related to mergers and acquisitions, and similar issues frequently encountered in the development of these firms. Advisors in the consultancy bring personal experience in most project types including municipal facilities, office buildings performing arts centers, convention facilities, city centers, health care facilities and institutional projects.
