We are an organization of businesses designated to serve the west. Our mission is to bring higher wages and salaries to our workers, based on Canadian wages, salaries, and statistics. We aim to keep hiring more and more people and paying out more and more wages. As we expand so does our financial foot print. Our workers are our prophets. when it comes down to it when all wages are paid, the organization is worth nothing but the people that work for it, which is perfect. We are a democracy, a real democracy where everyone gets a chance to vote and everyone from the CEO to the warehouse labourer gets paid the same.
