Having loved the process, I accepted an opportunity to head the Marketing Department for the #1 Independent Real Estate Company in Massachusetts, where I helped over 700 agents market themselves and take their business to the next level. In these consultations, I began to see a huge gap in Marketing affordability, education and service. No one could compete with big brands for recognition in the ever changing marketplace, nor did many small business owners want to!
