We seek to invest alongside experienced and highly capable management teams, invest in both organic and acquisition-led growth initiatives and build great businesses that thrive well beyond our investment horizon. We are "hands-on" investors focused on creating long term value. As such, we only invest in a limited number of businesses at any one time so that we can provide the resources, strategic support and focus that our partner companies deserve.
