Parni PLUS website, the leading Russian language media outlet produced by, and for LGBTQ+ people and allies since 2008. The site provides information about HIV, sexual health and lifestyle while fighting myths about homosexuality. In 2022, the organization has been recognised as a foreign agent by the state, forcing our journalists to work incognito or leave Russia altogether. The website is at constant risk of shutdown from the attempts to ban it as a result of Russian policies based on state-sustained homophobia but the main threat to our existence remains the lack of funding.'Parni PLUS' is the only socio-educational LGBTQ+ media resource in Russian language whose annual audience reaches 3.5 million people but right now
