In this capacity, ALIGNMEX provides real estate investment and asset management services to public and corporate pension funds, life insurance companies, endowments, foundations and trusts, high net worth families and sovereign wealth funds in Mexico. PARQMEX’s mission is to develop high-quality distribution warehouses and light manufacturing facilities in Mexico that are leased to creditworthy corporate tenants.
