Parsis Mandegar Rouyan

The 'Parsis Mandegar Rouyan' team, under the commercial brand of the project management website (modirporoje.com), has been supporting project-oriented companies for over a decade in conducting management consultancy, planning, project control, cost control, and document collection activities. Leveraging extensive knowledge, experience, and a robust programming team, Parsis has developed software products, among which the latest is the 'Project View' software. Since 2020, Parsis, in collaboration with a German company named 'Perzact'(PERXACT), has produced Project View. This software simplifies the aforementioned processes instantly and systematically. Our team's endeavor was to design software that resonates with the prevailing execution culture (harsh and rugged workshop environments) in projects. Through the dedication of Parsis' experts, this software was developed and made accessible to project-focused organizations. The primary focus of most project members is on correctly performing tasks and project progress, often disregarding rework, overtime, project downtime, and sometimes activities beyond the scope of the contract, which remain unnoticed. Project View serves as the project's eye, preventing the concealment of various project execution aspects. It captures and securely stores all events, workshop activities, and documents, encompassing technical, executive, financial, and legal dimensions of each project, readily accessible at any time. Due to the diverse operational fronts and high activity density in project workshops, adequate communication between workshop disciplines is often lacking. This issue is more prominent in the interaction between project workshops and their central offices, fortunately well recognized and addressed by the Project View software."
