New ways of thinking and new knowledge are transferred to the organization’s leaders, who in turn transfer this information to their own personnel through close collaboration. This train-the-trainer type of arrangement ensures that the changes will be lasting. Part Development is also an established training partner with considerable capabilities in adapting Lean-related courses to actual needs. Our view of how to increase knowledge is that the best way of learning is by doing. This is why, as much as possible; our courses include practical exercises during which our clients have the opportunity to train in their own operations.
