Parta Group is a Russian investment company, specializing in web-projects and entertainment projects investments. The Company was established in 2008. The investment activity of the Company began in 2009. Investment strategy. Parta Group- Selects only pre-seed or seed stage projects - Partially leaves projects after the completion of a start-up stage or after the formation of a full-fledged company with steady growth of income - Retains its interest and continues participating in projects after the attraction of new partners to the project. At the early stages of a project Parta Group provides portfolio company with its infrastructure – consulting support, access to the experience and knowledge of consultants and experts, legal backing and management support. When a project begins producing a profit, Parta Group helps it to form its own service departments for independent business dealing. Parta Group assists in attracting of the subsequent rounds of investments. Essential criteria of project selection are- B2C or B2B2C market - Existence of a team or a person capable of forming such team - Well-defined monetization methods. The aiming of a project at export – i.e. at the audience and business partners on the worldwide Internet - is treated as a significant advantage. For the moment the investments of the company are centered on three types of projects- e-commerce - entertainment, online games - social services. Parta Group plans to invest more than $10 m in 2010.
