Partners4Development (P4D) is a mission-driven consulting firm committed to advancing inclusive, locally led, and sustainable development solutions. Founded by Dahir Meraneh, a development strategist, with over 18 years of experience across East Africa and Latin America—P4D drives collaboration between government institutions, civil society organizations, and the private sector to promote equitable development, governance, and peacebuilding. Our approach centers on empowering communities, strengthening public institutions, and facilitating effective partnerships that yield lasting results. With deep experience in program design, capacity building, and multi-stakeholder engagement, we co-create practical, results-oriented solutions with our partners.
