This is an exciting time for Partnership Home as we enter a new chapter in our story of service to the community. Since 1989, Partnership Home (formerly The Homeless Coalition) has been leading the community solution to homelessness by serving as a catalyst for community transformation. As we build on our foundation of service to partner organizations, we look to the future to meet the current and emerging needs of our changing community. Our vision remains the same: a vibrant community where everyone has a place to call home.” We will move our community toward this vision through three primary efforts: Strong partnerships: We do our work to help others succeed in theirs. Thought leadership: We provide trusted guidance and expertise in the fields of affordable housing and homeless response.
